Easily capable of heating a tub from cold to
over 40 °C in under 90 minutes,
no other submerged wood fired tub heater
burns as cleanly and efficiently,
nor comes close to the TubSub's capabilities.
The slim profile takes up very little space,
and does not require a bulky protective enclosure; its submerged surfaces are safe to touch.

Easy to light and highly efficient, all it takes is an armful or two of dry firewood to get the tub up to temperature. Thanks to the insulating cedar tub the water will retain most of this heat overnight,  cooling down by around 5 °C in 24 hours with the cover on.

Rapid heating times allow you to use fresh water whenever you like, eliminating the need for chemicals entirely. An added benefit of this is that the water is then safe for uses such as irrigation, which would be impossible with chemical use.
